I get a lot of questions regarding the whole energetic, vibrational thing and the practicalities of good, healthy habits.
It can be confusing. I mean, it appears as though, from the point of view of the Law of Attraction that one could completely ignore all the health advice on exercise and diet and nutrition and eating organic and avoiding dairy.
On the other hand, the idea of just holding a good vibrational frequency and eating donuts and beer all day and expecting to be healthy doesn’t make much practical sense.
So, how to we reconcile these 2 seemingly very different approaches to health and well being. I think I have come to a nice reconciliation between those 2 points of view in this new video.
