Meditation Is Radical Stillness

Although meditation has been shown to relieve stress, improve health and mental clarity, that is not its primary purpose.

Meditation is not a means to an end, it is the end in and of itself. It is a direct seeing of that which is beyond what the eye can see, the ear can hear or the mind can know.

It is the open door to wisdom, compassion and truth.
